Description
We will revisit what is essential for learning and using the Silva Method. At the end of each section, we will reprogram the most frequently used relaxation techniques (basic exercise/Long-Relax, three-finger, glass-of-water, mirror-of-the-mind and laboratory). This will help you relive the inspiring atmosphere of the course and give you a boost to regularly use this invaluable knowledge.
First Section: We shall start with a short relaxation exercise. Then revisit the most important characteristics of the Silva Method, the power of thoughts, mental house cleaning, and the application of positive affirmations.
Second Section: We shall discuss Stress Management and practice the Long Relax exercise.
Third Section: Summarise our knowledge related to controlled relaxation. We discuss the physical and mental effects attainable through relaxation practice, as well as its impact on the state of consciousness and the characteristics of altered state of consciousness. After that, we revisit the three-finger technique used for easily recalling this state of consciousness. At the end of this section, we will (re-)program the three-finger technique.
Fourth Section: The entire section is devoted to revisiting the mirror-of-the-mind technique, and we reprogram this technique.
Fifth Section: Review the knowledge that helps us understand that we have hidden abilities that we can begin to use with proper practice to improve our lives. At the end of this section, we reprogram the glass-of-water technique.
Sixth Section: Talk about the importance of reaching deeper levels. We revisit the programming opportunities we can achieve at this level.
Seventh Section: “Life in the Laboratory.” This section includes the reprogramming of the laboratory. Draw attention to the possibilities – including crucial self-healing practice and the healing intentions sent to others – and other uses of the Lab, that we can use at this level of consciousness to solve our problems.
Eighth Section: Caseworking exercise – Bring 2 cases with you
There will be short breaks between the sections, including a long Lunch-break (bring your own food)
Every section is going to include a Q&A part
