Ginger, a Certified Silva Method Instructor since 2020, teaches Silva Basic Lecture Series (BLS) in English both in-person and online in Portsmouth. With a background in Chemical Engineering and Bioengineering, she transitioned to teaching A-level Chemistry for over a decade.

Passionate about Silva techniques for stress reduction and goal achievement, Ginger helps individuals pursue diverse goals, from health improvement to career success. Advocating for Silva in schools, she aims to empower students to realise their full potential.
