Farheen became a Certified Silva Method Instructor in 2024 and teaches the BLS in London. With a background in Human Resource Management and a passion for personal development, Farheen brings a unique perspective to her role as an instructor.

Having witnessed the transformative effects of the Silva Method on her own life, she is eager to help individuals harness their inner potential and achieve their goals. Farheen’s approach to teaching is grounded in her belief in the power of the mind and its ability to shape reality. Her mission is to empower others to overcome challenges, improve their well-being, and unlock their full potential.
