History of The Silva Method

Founded in 1960 by parapsychologist Jose Silva in Laredo, Texas, ‘The Silva Method’ enhances intuition, consciousness, and healing abilities. Jose’s breakthrough research on alpha waves and its application in Psycho Neuro Immunology (PNI) is now taught at institutions like Harvard. The method, effective for all ages, is associated with tranquility, healing, creativity, and more. Despite global recognition, Jose remained humble, attributing success to individuals. He passed away in 1999, leaving ‘The Silva Method’ as his enduring legacy.

June left New York to marry in New Orleans, then spent a decade in Saudi Arabia with her physician husband, immersing herself in Middle Eastern culture. She co-founded the first school for children with Down's Syndrome, traveled extensively, and during a visit to England, became an advanced graduate and ambassador for The Silva Method. This transformative course helped her overcome dyslexia, learning to spell at forty, and heightened her spiritual sensitivity, leading to the publication of her first book, "Unshriven." June now writes and speaks for various organisations, including Dyspla, The Silva Organisation, Science of the Mind, and the Theosophical Society.
